We look forward to welcoming you into our salon and taking care of your beauty needs. To ensure we are able to offer the best service to you and all our valued clients, we have in place the following salon policies.

Our health & hygiene

The ReVamp Rooms is following the very strict and compulsory guidelines as set out by NSW Health Department. These need to be complied with & will be sent to you via email before your appointment.  These guidelines also mean longer breaks between appointments, allowing me to clean between clients. The safety of our clients, staff & myself are the driver of this change. Please review our COVID Safety Plan for further information.

Booking Fee
At the time of making a booking, a 50% booking fee will be required to secure your appointment, which will come off the cost of your treatment.

Booking Confirmations
We send out a reminder text 1 day prior to your appointment; please use this time to make a change to your appointment if required.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you do this as soon as possible to allow us to reschedule & accept other clients. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeit of your booking fee. We encourage you to kindly gift your appointment time to ReVamp a friend or family member if you can’t cancel before the 24 hour time frame.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late please notify us immediately, late arrivals inconveniences our next client, which may result in your treatment time being shortened or forfeited. We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to check in and relax.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are considered full payment, therefore the above conditions will still apply.

​Mobile phones

 

Please switch your mobile phone off or onto silent or vibrate. This will maximise the enjoyment of your treatment, as well as others in the salon.

Walk-ins

We’d love a visit from you and will always do our best to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee a space. If you require a certain time or wish to come in with a friend, we highly recommend booking an appointment.
